I'm addicted

YikYak is such a good app, the idea of sharing posts/jokes/experiences with other students in the area is fun, plus there's no adverts and no costs- just as long as you ride the yak!

Also I have never seen bullying like other people seem to have experienced, everyone seems mature, and if a post is offensive or bad it's easy enough to vote it off or report it

Would be nice if it worked

I would like this App if I could actually post something. I can respond to people's 'yaks' but i cannot post one myself when I'm in my area. When I'm travelling it works just fine. Also there's a lot of glitches that need to be fixed. It keeps coming up with an internal server error 500. Other than that's it's addictive and amusing.

Horrible Experiance.

So yik yak was a very fun thing to do but then people started to be horrible. Yes, posts can be taken down but sometimes it all gets a bit much and it can really get to you... The fact that you don't know who says them things is even worse! Recently my sister was killed and now people have been putting things up about her - my 13 year old daughter saw and can't believe it. Yik yak is possibly the worst app I've used. I'm devastated with the outcome of it.
