Great!

I'm new to yoga but coming from a fitness background. I mostly do the sun salutation but there are enough other routines so there is variation of you want. The app is well designed and it's been part of my morning routine for about a month now. Have tried others but this one is my favourite.

Brilliant yoga app

A quick and easy to use yoga app. Really useful for a quick hit of yoga. I use mainly for a wake up in the morning and as a stretch after running. Great for keeping track of timings and what comes next!

Love it !

Bought this app and do sun salutation as a cool down after my treadmill session. Have noticed no cramps anymore and feels good while doing it- nice stretches .
