This app contains one or two photos demonstrating each pose plus audio instructions for each of the 20 seated and the 10 standing yoga poses in this series. Video clips for 18 of the 30 poses provide additional clarity.
Select poses you are interested in from the Table of Contents (or Shake for a random pose) and then listen to the description of how to enter into that position, step-by-step while looking at the photos and videos for additional guidance. All instructions are given in the format that a yoga teacher would give them in a live class.
Incorporate these poses into your daily routine. To get yoga benefits during the day, do a couple as your PC warms up, do a few every hour and do a handful of them right before lunch.
The seated poses use a chair and desktop as 'props'. The standing poses use a wall in addition to a chair and desktop.

Yoga for Office Professionals 2.0 comes with a completely new interface design! As a bonus, you can now set the app to show a reminder at a specific date and time, just in case you forget to open it manually!
The new UI works best with IOS7, but it is compatible with IOS6 as well (with some differences in the design of some objects such as the date picker for the reminder, which do not fit as well as the new ones). It is recommended to update to the latest IOS build for the best experience.
