We use different rooms and different pieces of furniture to help us! Benefits, precautions and different levels for each pose are given in a fun and light-hearted way.

Such a Good App!
I bought this app as I was sick of hearing myself say that I must get back into yoga! It is very user friendly and the poses are exactly the same as those taught at Carole's classes - I work through it about twice a week and already feel the benefit. Definitely recommended!
