Flexible results! Less then the cost a pint!
Doing a physically demanding job as a young adult and then moving into office work later on in life, my back has always been a bit of a mess. I've had sessions of physiotherapy numerous times, but almost immediately afterwards my back ceases up again. Plus, it's difficult to stay motivated counting sets and reps of different exercises that seem to have little effect.
In contrast, this app is really working for me. I can fit in 5min session after work or a longer 30min session after a run. Each position is clearly explained during the video, plus there is also a good reference library. I don't need to count anything; just enjoy the process.
I noticed an instant improvement in my flexibility flowing one of the beginner sessions. The sessions are all arranged according to difficultly and there are dedicated sessions for running, back pain, etc. It's worth the money at less then the price of a pint.
I have had this app for a couple years now, I began on the beginner classes at 15 minute a session 3-4 times weekly. It's amazing how quickly you start seeing a change, my figure altered slightly, I enjoyed the classes and soon I was up to an hour every day before work.
In my job I am standing all day long for around 42 hours per week, and having an already weak back, my body seems to cease up overnight so the morning is the perfect time for me, sadly about a year ago I went away and just could not get back into my routine, I couldn't wake up in time and so I have started again, I am doing as many days as I can for 15-30 minute sessions and building my way back up to where I was to be able to continue my journey.
I'm now on the intermediate classes and will soon begin to progress to advanced when I am fully comfortable with all the current classes.
This app is very informative and brilliantly executed, explaining each move and talking you through so you don't even have to look at your phone or wherever you have it. I highly recommend this app for anyone who has at least a small experience of a yoga class, just to ensure you are doing the moves correctly, if you can this app is designed to be used in conjunction with yoga classes you do already.

Yoga for cynics and hippies alike.
For 15 years physiotherapists advised regular yoga, to help with the injuries and niggles that come from too much football and too many drunken adventures. Although intrigued by the stillness and peace that yoga folk bang on about, I'm too much of a cynic and was happy enough with a few half-arsed stretches each morning.
But this app, with its simple and clear videos, is so easy for me to buy into. And I can work the sessions around my life, whether it's at 7am on Tuesday, lunchtime Saturday or after work. I look forward to those few minutes of quiet stretching and strengthening. Especially during the times when I can't make it to the gym because of injury.
The variety of class intensities and lengths make it incredibly flexible. And the geek in me loves to track my progress in the calendar.
I would pay much more than I currently do, if they but asked.
