GET FIT AND BECOME A HERO
You’re Runner 5, a vital member of one of the last outposts of humanity at Abel Township. We integrate fully with our free online ZombieLink service, so you can check your running stats and view and share your maps online, all in a beautiful and easy-to-use interface! Plus you can sync your runs with Runkeeper and export them as GPX files.
ALREADY PLAYED ZOMBIES, RUN!?
Zombies, Run! 5k Training takes place between Mission 1 and Mission 2 of Season 1, so it’s a fantastic way to experience 24 all-new missions about how Runner 5 first trained up with Sam, Doctor Myers, and the rest of Abel Township to become a valued Runner. (But if you’re looking to find out what happens after Zombies, Run!’s epic cliffhanger, you’ll need to wait for Season 2...)

Excellent app except for one thing...
This is great for people who are new to running. It gives you an idea on how often you should be running, and how far to push yourself. As well as its really motivational! However, I've tried a couple of times to share my progress via Facebook and it doesn't allow me :( I can do it on Twitter (which I don't really use) so I've just had to copy and paste my tweet to Facebook. But fiddly, really. I've tried to see if it's just Facebook not allowing it, but everything seems to be in order. Maybe a bug? Apart from that. It's amazing! :)
absolutly amazing! thought i should lose some weight and get fitter, if thats what your looking for download this app! i thought it was a stupid idea im on week 3 now and have ran over 4k each run. you can see your stats each run, theres diffrent workouts each week! cant wait till i become a 5K runner and am lookig forward to my next run/mission
I can run 5k!
As of today, I finished this app. I ran 5k in 41 mins. The girl who couldn’t even run a mile in school ran 3 miles easily. This app is fantastic and I can’t recommend it highly enough! I’ve tried other c25k apps before but this one is just so much more interesting; it really motivates you to get out there and go running.
Now it’s onwards and upwards to the main app. Raise the gates!
