Conceptual electro-pop duo Her Majesty & the Wolves are former Pussycat Dolls member Kimberly Wyatt and Jupiter Rising MC/producer Spencer Nezey. The pair formed in Los Angeles in 2010, after bonding over their similar musical attitudes while working together on Wyatt's debut solo album. Influenced by the Antipodean electro of Ladyhawke, Empire of the Sun, and Sia, they distributed their first track, "Glaciers," as a free download through their website before releasing their first proper single, "Stars in Your Eyes." Their debut album, self-described as a "bigger-than-life postmodern fairy tale of pop music," is due for release in late 2011. ~ Jon O'Brien
