A Bear Called Paddington (Unabridged)

by Michael Bond

"A bear on Paddington Station?" said Mrs Brown in amazement. "Don't be silly - there can't be." The Browns first met Paddington on a railway station - Paddington station, in fact. He had travelled all the way from Darkest Peru with only a jar of marmalade, a suitcase, and his hat. The Browns soon found that Paddington was a very unusual bear. Ordinary things - like having a bath, travelling underground or going to the seaside - became quite extraordinary, if a bear called Paddington was involved.

Customer Reviews

Just one little thing...

The stories are really great and Stephen Fry is fab, but the chapters are not seperated, so the whole thing plays as ONE track, which is very long if you need to stop half way through and want to find your way back to where you were.

So sweet

I saw this and just couldn't resist! I love Paddington (always had a soft spot for the little rascal,) and this is an exceptional audio, Stephen Fry is a fantastic narrator and I've really enjoyed listening to it (over and over!) I felt I was really there in the story, it's told so well and it was like I was a spectator! It's so lovely to be taken back to my childhood.

I'm10andi luv it
