This is very good indeed. I've found other "fast track mandarin" courses very dry and boring. But this one really is engaging and realistic. The guy suggests good, funny ways to recall the words you have learned.
Funny & Fun
This is a great way to learn Mandarin, currently in China and can only speak a little, but after listening to this just once, i caught onto some things. The more i listen, the more i learn. Quick and easy way to learn defo.
Also great explanations of what each word means and easy ways to remember them.
I enjoyed Rapid Russian, and now moving to Beijing was eager to see how earworms handled Mandarin. It's the same format and conversations, and I do like it again. I find it helpful for remembering the numbers (and they provide little tricks and images to help you remember/visualise the words), and for little set phrases like 'may I have'. Both the speakers come across very well and the vocabulary is useful for everyday travel needs. Earworms is a good series!
