As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Laurel knows her business. However, when her clients are being taken one by one by a vampire named Naken, she fears that somehow the hypnotherapy is also responsible. Raithe, Laurel's best friend and sometimes assistant, fears for her own life, as well as Laurel's and her clients. The two of them race against time to try and figure out why her clients are being taken and how to stop Naken from taking anyone else. But this is not the only dilemma that Laurel is facing. There are Ben and Kianas, the two loves in her life.
The choices Laurel makes are tantamount to what the future holds for her and the people she loves. Ben, a love from her past has just come back into her life. Kianas is a new love who promises her a future that she could never have imagined, on another world called Htrae. Htrae is a world from another universe filled with beauty beyond belief; but it is also filled with danger - one that threatens Laurel's life and her ability to hold on to her past. If she allows Kianas to turn her, she may never be a part of her son's life. But if she stays human she is in danger of loosing her life.
Filled with intrigue, danger, excitement, and romance, "Dreams and Vampires" will keep readers engrossed from the first page until the very last.
Cannot wait for the next books
Truly amazing. Enticing And mysterious. Doesn't linger or drag on but gets straight to the point and keeps u in the dark until the last minute making for a cliffhanger effect. A thrilling story with such emotion. Can't wait for the next book. Thanks!
Vivid, addictive, sexy and most importantly adventurous. I will stress that this is more of a females idea of lust meets fantasy. Good read Laurel is strong and not in any way a pathetic little princess which I'm glad about. However she is a little naive in taming her strength in the face of danger which is unrealistic. But it is fiction so... Kianas is a little too lovestruck and ever so slightly patronising but otherwise a very attractive catch!
Would absolutely love this book as a film adaptation!
