A beautiful tribute to a beautiful person
I was a youngster when the Beatles first appeared on the scene in the early sixties and I was captivated by them as was everyone at that time. This biography of George really interested me because he was the quiet one yet, as time proved, he was perhaps the deepest and most interesting of the four. That just makes this book all the more unsatisfying, there is so much to know about him but this just scratches the surface. It seems to be a book designed for iPad with some multimedia stuff rather than a really well written biography of the man and his legacy. Okay but so superficial and an opportunity missed by his family to tell his story.
