A research project into the physiological signs of stress in everyday life and in particular for teachers. The study was conducted by a secondary school teacher in the UK regularly recording and analysing his heart rate throughout a teaching day and comparing those results to a non-teaching day. The book also looks at some of the signs and symptoms of stress and possible aids to help recognise and reduce it.
