To Las Vegas . . . and beyond!

Becky Brandon (née Bloomwood) is on a major rescue mission! Hollywood was full of surprises, and now she's on a road trip to Las Vegas to help her friends and family.

She's determined to get to the bottom of why her dad has mysteriously disappeared, help her best friend Suze and even bond with Alicia Bitch Long-legs (maybe...).

As Becky discovers just how much her friends and family need help, she comes up with her biggest, boldest, most brilliant plan yet! So can she save the day just when they need her most?

Becky is setting out to make things right in this laugh-out-loud, feel-good conclusion to her American adventure that began with SHOPAHOLIC TO THE STARS.

From Publishers Weekly

23 November 2015 – Kinsella (The Undomestic Goddess), author of the bestselling Shopaholic series, puts Las Vegas at the mercy of Becky Bloomwood Brandon, who takes an assortment of companions including her best friend, Suze on the trail of her missing father, Graham Bloomwood. Graham left L.A. months earlier on a vague mission to "put something right" from his past with Tarquin, Suze's husband, and Bryce, a hanger-on they all think is after Tarkie's money. Escapades ensue as the troupe connects with Graham's old friends Corey, a successful businessman; Brent, a down-and-outer; and Raymond, a reclusive artist. Add to the mix Suze's tumultuous relationship with Becky, a blackmail plot, and an elaborate Ocean's Eleven style scam, and readers can't help but be delighted. Kinsella never once loses Becky's voice and heart, which is one of the joys of the Shopaholic series.

Customer Reviews

not too bad

better than the last, interesting take on shopaholic'ness that had been getting a bit stale.

it made me laugh, though not quite on the same level as the beginning on the series. worth a read though, if you are a fan of the series.

Good read funny

Still very funny.

Ok but not brilliant

I have read all the shopaholic books...the first three were without the best and the funniest you can't help like becky and her mad ways. As the series has progressed the stories and characters have lacked some. This book along with shopaholic to the stars are both a bit pointless, over the top far fetched, even the most likeable characters seem lost and not any where near as good as the others. I only purchased this book because as pre mentioned I have read and enjoyed most of the books and was interested to see if the series was back to its to say it's far from it...think it might be time to leave the series now. However I will always have a soft spot for the early Becky.
