My new every day routine

Easy to follow, I believe this will cure my aches.

It’s ok.

This book gives, sound, safe, basic stretching exercises and explains the reasons for them. This book is ideal for people who want to work on flexibility and don’t have access to a trainer. The book is very basic and easy to understand but probably not that helpful to professionals looking to add to their repetoire of stretches.
