Customer Reviews

Too expensive

Price has just shot up £5 and the digital version on iBooks is now more than the printed version. The Kindle version is still cheaper! Ridiculous.

Great book

Very glad that i found this book, after trying to train the scientific way and seeing no gains i took the easy to implement changes described in the book. Back to basics, to race fast you have to run fast, the quicker your cadence the faster you will run. Back to basics has certainly worked for me.

If you want to get faster then you would be lucky to find a better book than this.
