This manual is intended as a beginners technical reference to the accompanying physical sequences but also as an introduction to yoga practice. It is a friendly scratch at the surface of what is an in- exhaustible field of enquiry. It offers a little taster of what yoga practice can deliver, why we do the postures we do, in the order we do them and how to do them safely, consciously and with a positive mindset.

The beauty of this e-manual is that it really is all you need to get started with you practice. Francesca writes with compassion and understanding, as if she can see the worries and anxieties that would inhibit your postures and your practice. As a result, her guidance is consistently on point.
The graphics and illustrations are clear and easily followed, and the sequence flows easily.
This is a gentle introduction, but I have personally found it can take you deeply into your practice.
