Voxpop -good start

So far I have only heard part one, on Ovid, but I'm looking forward to the Christmas episode. I really enjoyed it. Some of the early pre-recorded parts felt a little long - they could perhaps be tightened up. Or am I just conditioned to 42 minutes of another well-known (and occasionally classical) podcast? The two-minute debate was an interesting idea - is this interview training by stealth? I especially liked Robin Meyer's contributions on language.
