About the Film

Seen through the eyes of a multigenerational cast of characters, "Valentine's Day" threads its way through a variety of relationships--from first dates to longtime commitments, from young crushes to old flames, and from perpetual singles to unrequited loves. To tell the interconnecting stories, the film brings together one of the largest all-star ensembles ever assembled in one film.

Sweet Film

I had pretty high expectations of this film, mainly because of the outstanding cast it has attached. It is what it is, a Comedy Romance with all the cliches and usual outcomes. I enjoyed the film, and worth checking out for an evening's entertainment. There's nothing deep or challenging about it. The real down side to the movie is the lack of screen time given to some of the great actresses; Kathy Bates and Julia Roberts are just under used and their talents wasted. Rent it, don't buy it.

Better than Love Actually

Very entertaining - Love Actually in style but much better. Very pleasantly surprised by a film that I didn't expect too much from or enjoy as much as I did. Too many cooks and all that...but not so in this case. A great chick flick with a few lovely twists.

Great chic flick with a twist

Kills a couple of hours. A few good laughs.
