Gonna be a hit...

Two episodes in and already given a huge insight into a world which before now I'd been totally clueless about.
Honest, factual, but hilarious. The perfect blend of interesting stories and experiences with the right amount of laughs. These three need to be heard!
Best of luck to them x

An Honest Discussion

A refreshing discussion on mental health from two guys (Davey and Damian) and their friends who have experienced and continue to experience their own mental health issues. None of the podcasters are medically trained and it is just an honest chat about real life experiences. We get a bit of an insight into the hosts, and there is a connection if you yourself have suffered. It's definitely a step in the right direction to help ordinary people open up. It's only 2 episodes in and I think that there is much more to cover and in time this podcast will settle in become compulsive listening. I really want to see where it goes!

Really enjoyed the first two
