Hi Kate, I came across your podcast recently as I searched for a 5:2 related podcast and it helped me restart intermittent fasting. I have also successfully lost over 2 stones with this way of life and had stopped fasting - and managed to maintain. However following a recent back surgery I am not able to exercise for a few months so decided to get back on 5:2. I was very excited to see a new episode this week.... please keep this up if you can!
