Informative and fun

Whether you’re a long-time yogi, at the beginning of your yoga journey or just curious about what yoga’s all about, YEDtalk podcasts are a wonderful, informative and easy way to learn all sorts about yoga.

I only learned about these podcasts about 3 months ago. In less than a month, I had listened to each and every episode. Now I eagerly await each new instalment. Each podcast is jam-packed full of information about yoga and I find it fascinating to learn of the various ways people have come to yoga and how yoga has had an impact on their lives. I've learned of so many different ways to do yoga; there really is something for everyone out there. I was really interested to learn about Scaravelli inspired yoga in the episode when Marc J Acquaviva was interviewed and also about the importance of anatomy in yoga from the episode when Mary Richards was interviewed. But each of the other episodes also had things that were interesting to me from which I gained and/or learned something.

Go on; be inspired; give YEDtalks a try!
