Fantastic and Inspirational Advice

I have been listening to the Podcast for some time now as I am very interested in Endurance Sports. The advice Ben gives is first class and his ability to draw different research materials together and deliver the conclusion in a concise and meaningful manner is outstanding. Listening the podcast renews your motivation to push yourself!

An education !!!!!!

As an indoor cycling instructor and a keen road cyclist i found this podcast to be an excellent tool for improving the standard of my classes and my performance out on the road, a must for any would-be athlete.....5 *****

One Product Diversification too far

I had previously written that this was the best fitness podcast on the web and I still believe that. However the latest format change in the form of the "inner circle" is definitely a dilution of Ben's original winning formula based on good quality Q&A, fascinating interviews and solid fitness & nutrition advice. Also Ben, please give the occasional two thumbs up for products and supplements from sources other than your sponsors. Please please stick to what you do best and it will keep listeners coming back week after week. This is meant to be constructive criticism given with the greatest of respect for Ben's work and gratitude for the great content to date.
