Description

This podcast hopes to inspire and open your mind to the many elements that go towards creating a strong and capable body. I will share my opinion along with the latest findings from the world of science, news and everywhere in between. I am not here to dictate, but to show you there are other ways than you perhaps have been taught in the past in order to feel better. I often bring guests along for the ride as I love to be the platform for others. Have a listen and let’s have some fun!

Fun and full of great info

The host is great for lots of info about making better choices in what you do in life. I’m not usually one for a ‘better me’ but this is definitely worth the listen!

Fab info, great delivery

A very listenable podcast bringing up-to-date info on all things nutrition. Delivered in an informal chatty style by Karen and her awesome Irish accent.
Show notes add extra depth if you want to go deeper.
I'd recommend it to everyone; from those just beginning to have interest in nutrition up to those who want to keep on top of their nutritional training.
A definite must-listen in my week.

Def worth a listen.

Started listening to Karen 5 years and she always is up to date and incredibly knowledgable about how to live a healthier life.
