The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact for visitors to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History (CMNH) concerning their overall museum experience, pre-learning, and content enhancement by the inclusion of a handheld video interpretive tour device. The study compares traditional artifact labeling, an MP3 audio tour, and an open platform personal video device.
