Better than question time

Although Iain’s political views are well know. He delivers a far and fact based question hour where all parties are heard and have time to view their opinions and rebuttals. No shouty politics and all parties are very cordial and respectful. Well chaired debate. Shame it is only one hour and the planned LBC listener involvement will add a new dimension.

Something James O’B could certainly learn from.

Simply brilliant!!

Throughly entertaining, thought provoking and my only criticism is that it’s too short!!

A refreshing change from the usual panel question show

Keep up the great work

Need an antidote to shouty politics?

The antithesis of Any Questions/Question Time type political panel shows.

As a frequent listener to Iain Dale on the radio and the ‘For the many’ podcast, I found the first episode deeply impressive because Iain was asking the obvious counter questions to guests even when I suspect he actually agrees with them, this shouldn’t be unusual in professional broadcasters but in my experience it is rare.

The panel behaved in a civil manner to each other and listening didn’t require altering the volume because someone was getting ranty. The tone set by Iain and his team made this possible IMO. I can’t stand one of the guests on this first show, but Iain gave them a chance to expose the weakness of their arguments and let the listener make their own mind up.

An excellent start.
