The final episode.  It has been fun for me.   Hopefully, it has been entertaining for others and a source of history for my kids.  It certainly has helped me come to grips with  the end of my running.  Remember, run every run like it could be your last.  Good-bye.

The time has come and we are getting packed.  The knee is holding up and all systems are go.  Going to New England is a little like going home for me.  I love Cincinnati, but there is something nice about going back to where you grew up.

How much is a quarter mile worth?  For me it was everything.  This episode talks about my effort at the 2008 Flying Pig, and the wait to hear if I had qualified.

The last time I get to run the first road race I ever did, the Cincinnati Heart Mini-Marathon 15K.  The course is tough the weather was miserable, but I would not have missed it for the world.  I even got a "goetta slider"

With apologies to Kevin and the Extra Mile Podcast, I present my own bucket list.  There were more items on it before my surgery, but now there is only one - and I get to cross that one off soon.  Now it is time to start a new bucket list for cycling.
