It’s great to listen to people being so honest about their mental health. As a fully paid up member of the depression club I think it will help towards breaking down the stigma and also persuaded me to buy “Cheer Up Love” (also highly recommend).
Great exploration of mental health
Interesting and enjoyable. Please do another series.
Started listening to these whilst running. Running my saviour during stressful times and often my way out of dark depressive phases. This podcast has made me smile, made me cry (yes you can cry when you run) and made me see how not alone I am. The more depression and mental health are discussed the greater acceptance individuals and beyond will start to feel... Great discovery, appreciate the honesty and reality. Thank you.
