I seriously think Lycra clothing has contributed to being overweight, it certainly has in my case. Often the clothing I wear has a considerable amount of stretch in the fabric. I no longer have to lie on the bed and struggle to do my jeans up ( they have stretch in the denim) it’s only when I come to put on a little worn outfit that I realize I have put on a little too much round the middle. Anyway this is my theory....many youngsters wear stretch leggings etc that expand with weight gain. We had to lose weight to fit our clothes as we could not afford to keep buying larger sizes
I believe that some over weight people have a illness that as yet has not been identified but I’m sure will be one day. And it can also be a addiction but unlike drugs you are always going to be feeding the addiction as you can’t stop eating as you would starve to death.
Let’s do it!
A very important subject, well done!
