Consider Your Words
Bit confused with you claiming a 4:04 50K when your race results say 4:40 and that's what a 9 min/mile pace per lap would suggest. Also from what I understand 50K on the hour every hour isn't the same as doing it cumulatively because there would be breaks in between, so the cumulative time would be almost double that. Anyway, please actually bother to state your time correctly. Tripping over your words constantly is a bit of a problem when you're presenting a podcast.
Also it was so unnecessary to have a dig at Dan for not keeping up with you. Poor guy's had to go back to work while you're lucky enough to be paid to exercise - obviously you're going to be faster than him and you're not showing him up. I'd like to see you outrun him if the roles were reversed. Honestly you're so disparaging towards him and take every chance to emasculate him. I don't know how he puts up with you.
