Helpfull and interesting essays about vegetarian and veganism.

Perfect!

As a 14 year old vegan, Colleen gives advice and caters to vegans, vegetarians and omniviores of all ages. I truly recommend listening to this podcast, if you want to be in control of your life and your longevity. She is informative without being preachy, cementing veganism as the only lifestyle which is legitimately healthy for all.

Although I have been a vegan for years , and a vegetarian all my life, listening to this podcast has been life-changing. I would recommend it to anyone - weather meat eaters, dairy eaters, vegetarians and vegans. Its about taking responsibility, its accurate, profound, and urgent. Thanks Colleen!!
