Random Ramblings

On the face of it, the random ramblings of a posh English bloke and a Scottish chap.

Delve a little deeper, and it's still the random ramblings of a Toff and a Jock. But the subject matter is informed and well thought out and the comedy timing surprisingly good. They're the kind of conversations you have down the pub with your mates, and it makes you feel like you want to join in. Well worth a listen.

Incidentally, the posh English guy sounds like he's got a massive nose..!

Fopiterole - just the job for my train delays

Seems unique - these guys take a few risks in this politically correct age but balance any potential offence by being themselves and enjoying their obvious chemistry. The topics are wide and varied, serious and trivial as well as in between: from paranoia about rats and immigration to spendthrift relatives who recycle rubbish and raffle prizes to give as presents! Each podcast has been wrapped in interesting music (not sure what it is but it adds a certain quirkyness) but it remains provocative and satirical at times. Needs to be heard a few times there's so much content you can't help hear new bits each time. The 5th podcast is an insight into what is normally cut out each month. Creative stuff, keep it up.

great start
