    We thank you so much for your patience at this time. It's a shame our first podcast that we've shared in such a long time is coming under these conditions

    We talk about where we are and how we've managed things since last Friday's government announcement that all gyms must close. It's been a hard, tiring and emotional few days. We're currently on lockdown, therefore, are communicating and running things remotely.

Listened to this the other day. Thought it was very insightful for anyone wanting to lose weight in a healthy way. No quick fixes promised but educating those who want a sustainable lifestyle change.
