Sex, self-harming, drugs, alcohol and more - Cel's lifting the lid on young people's health. Life isn't always easy - and teenagers across the country have been helping us explore the issues that you're facing today. From online bullying to sexual health, body image to mental health. They've been asking the questions you want to hear answered, joined by NHS school nurses and other health professionals to provide solutions, support and understanding. It's been revealing, amusing, occasionally rude and sometimes slightly emosh.

Really interesting listen
Nice to hear something about these subjects that gives some useful advice and isn't condescending. Great work.
Great "Real" Podcast!
Smashing listen. Nice to hear a show for kids that doesn't sound like an "after school special". Some very powerfull, and shocking storie in this - I hope plenty of its target audience hear it as it could make a real impact.
What a great idea and such a good way to get information I couldn't get from anywhere else easily.
