Thank you so much for helping me feel calm I suffer a lot from mental health issues and when I listen to the podcast it makes me feel very at ease I also think you should do a podcast with Mark Ferris 💖☺️
I love these podcasts a lot they are great if you need advice or reassurance! I think we should definitely have one talking about depression and anxiety. I suffer with anxiety and I’d like to hear other people speak about it to know that I’m not alone 😊
