How to hold a grudge podcast
I found this really interesting ,it’s really great Sophie hearing about a different way to look at grudges and look forward to hearing the other episodes of this prickly subject , maybe it will give me some tips .
I have just listened to episode 2 of the podcast and really enjoyed it. Also like the poems that were included, I find this very interesting and a refreshing new way of looking at the grudges we all hold .
