Inspiring & Enlightening

I Feel For You podcast will make you, feel amazing, I always feel calmer after an episode. Dionne is a gem, a truly honest open human being with a wealth of talent and experience to give, who shares useful tips on feeling better and navigating the world. From confidence, to self-care, to joy & pleasure. Even the beautiful intro music makes me feel calmer. A unique voice in the “wellness” world, sharing her inspiring advice. Hit subscribe.

Self-improvement without the aural cringe

Such an accessible approach to ‘self-help’. I’ve long been a fan of Dionne’s work, but until now often her more ‘pop-culture’ output. (For instance - her habit of signposting contemporary cultural figures - that I can pass off as my own discoveries and appear way cooler than I am, and of course; Totally Wired..).

The lexicon of the self-improvement world (industry?) has always been off-putting for myself personally, despite my being very interested in it. I Feel For You on the other hand is actually relatable and fun. A vibe I otherwise don’t get from this field.

Tangibly, I had a recent public speaking episode - which was a long way outside of my comfort zone - and this podcast was one of a handful of support and prep mechanisms that I focussed on to overcome the anxiety.

Mainly though, if you’re anything like me you desperately need something to dilute the relentless festival of nightmares that is my Trump/Brexit-dissecting podcast roster. This fits the bill perfectly (and in the case of Ep 15, addresses that head-on..).
