Really enjoying these podcasts! Listened to three now and am now committed enough to now go back and listen more systematically from the prologue as suggested. I would reccommend these podcasts.
It's so not about the food
Using NLP techniques, Renee works with you and your mind to help you lose weight from the inside out. By guiding listeners to challenge and question long held thoughts and beliefs about themselves, rather than telling us what foods are 'good' or 'bad', Renee aims to bring about long lasting change. Indeed she states she wants to end the weight struggle and bring about world peace through inner peace. With these techniques, I'm convinced she may very well achieve her goals.
I love these podcasts
I am trying to follow the techniques. They are really making me think about what I am allowing myself to eat at the expense of being "naturally slender". Hope to get the results I desire. In addition I have the nagging suspicion that these techniques will help other areas of my life. Thanks Renee!
