I’ve just taken my dogs for their morning walk and listened to Janeys coming out story podcast. I’m walking through the fields saying ‘yes Yes!’ with tears in my eyes thanking my lucky stars that I wasn’t alone in what I went through (even though at the time I thought it was only me) - if you get a moment today, make yourself a cup of tea sit down and listen to it. It’s empowering and makes you feel so good about not drinking alcohol.
Only had time to listen to one so far but can’t wait to hear the rest. Fantastic for all of us that are dealing with our alcohol issues. Its good that it’s no longer being hidden. No one should be ashamed, we should be proud and this will definately help promote sobriety. Thank you x
