A great addition to the alcohol-free podcast world
Janey, you are a breath of fresh air. And you chose to interview people I already admire. People like you who refuse to allow the word dull and boring to enter the af lexicon. Whilst staying truthful and honest. Whilst staying glamorous while you are about it. Thank you!
Subject is fab, audio quality is not
This is a much needed and important podcast but the audio quality really needs to improve - the Clare Pooley ep was so frustrating at points that I had to give up. But I’m so pleased to have a great podcast about booze and sobriety
Totally spot on!
I already know that Janey Lee Grace is on my wavelength having been a fan of her work for some time but I’m quite new to podcasts! This is only the 2nd podcast I’ve ever listened to and it was spot on as I begin my own journey to change my relationship with alcohol. In my job I support other people and along the way I may have forgotten some self care. “Alcohol is a depressant” ... of course it is so how can anyone be their best selves whilst drinking a depressant?! 🙄
Thanks Janey x
