The podcast I've been looking for...since before I "went Paleo".

As someone who's experimenting with Palaeolithic nutrition, this is my fave of all the Paleo podcasts. High production values and fun, but intelligent without overloading on stats.

Even before I became interested in Paleo, I'd long been looking for an open minded (but slightly sceptical!) health-related podcast. I've found most are either dumbed-down diet tips that wouldn't be out of place in Women's Own, or they deal solely with the medicine and law sides of health with little practical application. This has neither of those problems.

Latest In Paleo is great for any information-hungry person with an interest in looking after themselves and understanding the world around them...not just those who've drunk the caveman Kool Aid!

I love this podcast. Never miss an episode. It should be compulsory listening. Trying to get as many of my friends to listen as possible. The current diet epidemic is tragic even criminal. It is all so obvious how can folks not see what is in front of their own eyes? Do the drug companies have shares in these fast food companies? It really makes you wonder! Keep up the good work Angelo. PS cool music too;-)
