Liberating Libations!

I just wanted to say how incredible I'm finding these podcasts - each one has been so inspiring. From crawling, full body walking, to neck-strengthening, posture-enhancing head balances I am finding new thinkers and techniques each step of the way. In our office-based, industrialised Western cultures we need much more of this kind of wisdom if we are going to get back to joyous, vibrant health. I'm about to take at least a year out - hopefully a lifelong change, to be honest, and do a lot of trekking, bodywork, yoga as I need to get back to the natural health of my body which is severely compromised by the way we live today. I am looking forward to continuing to learn through your podcasts as I embark on my journey and want to be part of the conversation.

Excellent in depth interviews with really interesting people

As a therapist I love these podcasts, some of the information can be a bit technical, but I think general listeners will find a lot to be interested in here. Many of the people interviewed have already influenced my thinking, practice and life habits, and it's great to hear them speak more around some of their work.

Others are people I'd never heard of whose work it's been great, or will be great to be exposed to.

My absolute favourite podcast

I've learned so much from this amazing podcast. Brooke Thomas is a fabulous host and totally on my wavelength. An absolute must for body and movement nerds!
