Afternoon kip

This was easy to listen to but we chose the wrong time.
The idea is to relax and listen which we did as we both struggle with sleep. The funny thing is we did it in the afternoon and fell asleep to it yet one of the suggestions is you don’t have an afternoon nap. Lol

We therefore are going to listen again tonight and am sure we will sleep, however it is on a device we are supposed to be excluding from our bedroom.
