Kate is beginning to succeed where so many successive UK Government's have tried and failed; to build a credible grassroots founded, business benefit focussed organisation which champions UK manufacturing. Not because it's Gov't policy but because it makes business sense. I hope this Podcast reaches buyers, specifiers, procurement departments across the Globe! Always an interesting listen
Brilliant and inspiring
Thanks Kate for a great interview with James Eden -a fascinating insight into his story and company. Really enjoying these podcasts, they're packed with positivity. I'll be staying tuned!
The Future’s Bright
I just got done listening to James Eden’s episode. Between his candour and Kate’s enthusiasm the UK Manufacturing industry sounds vibrant, ethical, motivating, skilled and on the up.
The talk of Private White V.C’s commitment to skills, value and transparency is leading a new kind of fashion industry which is as much about provenance and story as it is about timeless style over fads.
Not every UK Manufacturing unit has the same goals but this is something we can all take notes from.
I’m eager for the next episode to hear other perspectives on where our unique nations values lie.
