Open & honest
Great insight into the lived experience of mental health issues. Open, honest and compassionate.
This is such a wonderful podcast! Emma's voice is very calming and she talks about difficult conversations in a safe space. Me and My Brain is really comforting rather than upsetting and it makes me feel more confident about living with my own mental health.
