Super helpful

Been listening for about two weeks and really enjoying these podcasts with lots of interesting topics and people. Gets me thinking about why i've injured myself repeatedly in the past with different sports and for some reason never thought about it but concepts such as 'a balanced diet of movement' ring very true to me. Keep them coming !
