Found this easy to do . His voice is very soothing, the 15 minute is just enough.

Great for a beginner!

I’m new to meditation, so found this difficult to begin with, but was surprised to find that it really relaxed me, and surprisingly the time went by in a flash. So far so good for this beginner!!
Ps the only slightly off putting thing ( in a good way!) is the persons voice reminds me of Richard E Grant!
