Great insight into a hard to quantify subject

Why do people go to work is a difficult question to answer, but as this podcast is from a HR perspective, I guess the real question is: how do I get happy people. Love the real life, real people stories, looking forward to putting some of the suggestions in action and the next episode.

Insightful and entertaining

Great to hear a very human side of HR. Sometimes we can forget that there’s real people behind the systems and processes. This panel are relatable and well informed on how people tick. Looking forward to the next instalments.

A fresh view on today's workplace.

Brilliant set of podcasts. Educational and relatable. It's refreshing to hear leaders speak about HR matters in a human and approachable manner - without judement or dictatorial undertone. Highly recommend to anyone - whether you're an employee or a leader. Collaborative ideologies expressed seem to be also very transferrable to personal life. Looking forward to giving them a go!
