a great new tool

podrunner intervals have given my lack lustre running a great boost i now realise just how slow i was running well done pod runner

Use this it works

I'm just about to start week 5 of this series, the real hard work starts here longer runs and shorter breaks. Stick with the first 4 weeks and do at least 3 runs a week and before you know it you're doing a manageable consistent exercise routine with all the benefits that brings; add that in with a Nike+ sensor pod and you will be able to see your progress. This series really develops your stamina and conditions you at the correct pace, so luck permitting you should remain injury and fatigue free. I am planning to use the entire series right up to 10k its that good.

With a little help from Podrunner ...

... I'm training to RUN the 5k Race for Life in May. This has really helped with my training so far as it gives a great beat and clear intervals so you know how long to run and how long to walk. I've only given it 4 stars and not 5 as I'm not keen on this type of music but, that doesn't take away from it being a great training aid.
