Description

It's Game of the Year meets King of the Hill as four of Earth's best friends discuss the week's new releases and decide if any will topple whatever game currently holds the honor. Will Killstroke 4: The Bloodening dethrone your favorite? How long can Professor Wigglebottom's Puzzle Bordello keep hold of the top spot? The choice is in the capable hands Polygon's Chris Plante, Justin McElroy, Russ Frushtick and Griffin McElroy. The Besties: Because shouldn't the best of games be chosen by the best of friends?

Like Games? Laughing? Everchanging formats?

Besties is pretty awesome. The way the show works changes pretty much once a month but the quality is generally pretty good. The 4 guys have quite a varied taste in games so there's a good chance your type of game will be covered. Also their annual game of the year spectacular, though wrong 2/2, is always tonnes of fun. If you listen to gaming podcasts or podcasts in general and like games, you should listen. Also Griffin is king.

Fun time spectaculum

I agree with the maths. Not the math.

Longevity!

It's ludicrous, a little crazy, not all that informative, but super-entertaining and above all something different from all the rest of the cookie-cutter gaming podcasts out there. Also, the second episode may contain the secret to eternal life… so it's hard to get better than that.
