Fab listen

Adrienne’s podcasts are so easy to listen to, with really insightful and inspirational content. I loved the chat with Jody Shield and all the little things you can pull from the different guests. I’m looking forward to starting the power hour and making some small changes to better myself and hopefully my family too.

Great words of wisdom

Woke up earlier than normal for some me time and loved how it made me feel for rest of the day. So simple and effective

Uplifting, motivating, engaged, inspiring

How often does an great guest (with amazing insights and wisdom to share), get drowned out by a presenter who really makes it all about them?! But not Adrienne’s Power Hour show. She mindfully asks the right questions for today’s busy world, and then respectfully allows the guest to open it up fully. Very relevant show-loved it. ⭐️⭐️
